  • Any project documents shared as part of an assignment will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Storage

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and comply with legal obligations; we then delete or anonymize it. As a general rule, contact requests are retained for up to 24 months from the last exchange; contractual and accounting documents are retained for 10 years, as required by Swiss law.

Communication and Transfers

Data may be processed by service providers acting as data processors, specifically Squarespace, which hosts the website and provides statistics for it, as well as email services. Data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland are carried out with appropriate safeguards in place.
